With the Outdoor-oven, Weltevree shifts the activity of cooking out-of-doors.The desire to prolong the outdoor-season and to be able to experience the enjoyment of food and outdoor-living throughout the entire year, makes Weltevree present outdoor cooking.The action and quality of outdoor cooking is presented by means of a cookbook that was especially made for the Outdoor-oven of Dick van Hoff.Because of his mentality towards cooking and his quality in cooking and product preferences, Weltevree collaborated on this project with Chef Jeroen van Werven (Restaurant Look, Arnhem).This cookbook is also a means to explore new ways to display the Weltevree collection in new environments like bookstores.
