Floris schoonderbeek (1979)

In 2002, the desire to re-invent and utilise public spaces led to probablyhis best known design: the Dutchtub. A mobile wood-fired bathtub produced in series for worldwide sale and rent. The art project ‘Shall we dance’ - a 38 metre high electricity mast that Schoonderbeek transformed in Doetinchem - is the perfect example of how he views his surroundings and makes them widely accessible.
